Good advice. Practical support. A way forward.
Workplace questions rarely arrive neatly packaged. Whether you’re an employer managing a sensitive issue or an individual working out your options, WorkPartner offers clear advice and thoughtful support tailored to your circumstances.
Employment law & workplace advice
Understand your obligations, explore your options and make informed decisions. Support with employment conditions, performance, conduct, workplace change, redundancy and the questions that arise along the way.
Early resolution & difficult conversations
Some concerns benefit from a conversation before they become something bigger. Help to clarify issues, prepare for discussions and explore constructive ways forward, including independent facilitation where appropriate.
Enterprise bargaining
Practical support with preparing for bargaining, understanding interests and developing workable agreements. An interest-based approach that makes room for different perspectives while keeping the process focused and moving.
Agreements & policies
Employment agreements and workplace policies written for the people who need to use them. Clear, practical documents tailored to your organisation and its legal obligations.
Confidential support for individuals
A space to think through a workplace concern, understand your position and consider your next steps. Support with difficult meetings, proposed changes to your role, workplace processes and decisions about your employment.
Independent chairing & process support
Independent chairing of review panels and sensitive workplace discussions, with careful attention to fairness, structure and respectful participation. Advice and support for those managing or participating in grievance and investigation processes.
Ongoing advice & capability building
Someone to work alongside you as workplace questions arise. Flexible support for leaders and people teams, including guidance on complex matters, practical coaching and tailored workshops.
How we work together
We start with a conversation about what’s happening, what matters to you and the support you’re looking for.
From there, we agree on the scope, timing and fees before work begins. Support may be a single piece of advice, help with a particular process or an ongoing working relationship.
WorkPartner is intentionally small. You’ll work directly with Katie, with time taken to understand your circumstances and tailor the approach.
Let’s talk.
You don’t need to know exactly which service you need. A brief outline of your situation is a good place to start.
